YourPlace ("we," "us," or "our") operates the YourPlace mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our app.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, username, and email address.
Photos and content. Photos you upload and captions you write are stored on our servers and shared with your mutual friends on the app.
Device information. We collect your device's push notification token to send you notifications about friend requests and your Monday feed. You can disable notifications at any time in Settings.

Your posts and profile are visible only to users you have mutually added as friends. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use Supabase for database and storage infrastructure and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. These services process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and store your data with Supabase, which provides encryption at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you delete your account, your profile, posts, photos, and friend connections are permanently removed from our systems. Residual copies in automated backups are purged within 90 days.
YourPlace is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the app. The date at the top of this policy reflects when it was last updated.
